Who can Enroll in the IV Nutrient Therapy Course?

Anyone who is legally allowed to script and administer IV Nutrients as part of their scope of practice is welcome to enroll in the course.  Please be aware that this course does not grant scope of practice.  For more information, contact the Institute.  Please listen to the podcast above for clarity – IV Nutrient Therapy is Schedule 3 and 4 medication, hence only medical doctors can script it in South Africa.  Different regulations will apply to our international colleagues.

How will the lessons be carried out?

IV nutrient therapy can only be scripted by a medical doctor and has to be administered with other legal requirements. An agreement to stay within the guidelines will be presented during the course and is a requirement for course completion.  A copy of the agreement is available upon request.
